30 hours famine

各位:

 

饥饿30又开跑啦。。。

上次提过，我会帮洛阳办这DIY的饥饿30营。。。

我是其中的筹委，其他你们可能熟悉的筹委有杨德彦，文敬仁和林杰民。。。

筹备过程刚开始，筹委也还未找齐，所以请有兴趣帮忙筹备者联络我或李洛阳。。。

如果没空当筹委，还可以申请当营会组长（须经训练）。。。

当然，没空帮忙也可直接参与营会。。。

 

详情如下：

 

本团将连同马来西亚世界宣明会，携手合作于 22/8/2009, 12 PM 假 SMK Victoria, Jalan Hang Tuah 举办DIY饥饿30营会。

 

Why are we doing this?

Over 1 billion children are living in extreme poverty. They have no access to food, clean water, shelter, medication and education.  The 30-Hour Famine is a tangible way for us to help these children and tell them that Malaysians care for them.

 

How does it work?

26 Hours + 4 Hours =30-Hour Famine

•          For 24 hours, we fast and learn about global poverty issues through games, activities and videos.

•                    The last 6 hours are spent at a star-studded Famine Countdown event at the Stadium Putra Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, where we break fast together with thousands of DIY Famine Campers from every corner of the country!

 

How can I get involved?

•          Donate: Individual donations and corporate sponsorships are welcome.

•          Volunteer: Help make our DIY 30-Hour Famine a reality

我们为什么要这么做？

全球超过10亿儿童生活在赤贫中。他们没有基本的生活条件，如缺乏粮食、清洁饮用水、庇护所、医疗保健和教育机会。饥饿30是个有效的方式让我们对贫困儿童伸出援手，让他们体会远在他方的马来西亚人民也一样关心着他们。

 

活动如何进行？

30个小时=24小时+6小时

• 营会进行的24小时，我们禁食并透过团康、活动及短片学习全球贫穷议题。
• 最后的6小时全体营员聚集在星光熠熠的吉隆坡武吉加里尔布特拉室内体育馆进行倒数活动。我们即将与来自全国各地的饥饿勇士一起进行解饥！

 

我该如何参与？

• 参与：报名参加饥饿30营会。
• 乐捐：个人或团体捐献无任欢迎。
• 志工：协助我们使营会更为成功。
